Fuji Zoki Co., Ltd. is founded. Establishes the headquarters and Osaka Plant in Sayama-cho(currently Osakasayama city),Minamikawachi-gun, Osaka Prefecture. Starts the manufacture of forging machinery, cast iron, and iron and steel products.

Changes the firm name to Fuji Car Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

Starts the manufacture and sales of bridges, steel beams, and steel towers.
