Large-scaled RPF plant mainly consists of uniaxial crusher, dual-axis screw-type molding machine. As both crusher and molding machine are originally designed and manufactured equipment, they are flexible to various requirements.

• Material is crushed by uniaxial crusher to the grain size suitable for molding then screened by magnetic separator, thereafter constantly fed to molding machine.

• Molding machine molds even at 100% plastic waste.

• We will support to introduce RPF customers, if required.
