RPF Plant
We willingly propose large-scaled RPF plant!
Large-scaled RPF plant mainly consists of mono-rotor crusher (Fuji Multi Cutter), twin shaft screw-type molding machine. As both crusher and solidfying machine are original designed and manufactured equipment, they are flexible to various requirements.
RPF is the abbreviation for “Refuse Paper and Plastic Fuel,” which is a solid fuel produced using mainly plastic and paper wastes.

Multi-recycling center was established in our Shiga Factory!
When you study installing waste recycling or processing system, our Multi-Recycling Center offers you to experiment and verify by using the actual recycling object. Since its establishment, many of our customers have experimented at our center and proven its superior functions and we successfully could have accumulated much technical know-how. Past record of experiments : Approx. 850 cases as of March, 2009.

Its enclosed structure is excellent at hygiene and safety. Retractable discharge conveyer realizes compact and space saving features.

"Press Loader" boasts high compression capability.
"Press Loader" (compression plate type refuse collection vehicle) crushes and compresses in the cargo hopper, then press it to extrusion plate. "Press Loader" is refuse collection vehicle carring high compression capability because of its dual compression before loading.
"Clean Packer" (garbage collection vehicle with rotating plate type)
"Clean Packer" boasts excellent durability and high performance.
The collected refuse in the hopper is lifted to the entrance of container with the rotating plate and load the refuse by pushing board.
"Rotary Press" (refuse collection vehicle loaded with rotating container)
"Rotary Press" will securely prevent anticipated problems of overloading.
"Rotary Press" loads up the collected refuse, while rotating the drum, by catching up the refuse. It allows continuous loading without dispersal of waste water and ensures safe workability because of no rotating plate and that no risk of stucking.
"Rotary Mini"
For narrow paths, "Rotary Mini" is just fit light garbage truck.
