In accordance with the following policy, we will protect the personal information of our customers, trade-related persons and our company employees in compliance with privacy laws and other norms.
Policies
- Establish the management system for the protection of personal information and when personal information is needed to obtain, the intended use must be identified, obtain legally and fair, and it shall not be used for any other purposes.
- In the handling of personal information, the relevant laws and norms must be strictly observed.
- Unless otherwise stipulated in laws or other legislation, it is prohibited to provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the first person.
- Reasonable safety measures and necessary corrective measures to be taken to maintain accuracy of personal information and to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, falsification or leakage of personal information.
- When personal data is entrusted to consignment, necessary contract to be concluded with the appropriate contractor and necessary legal measures shall be taken.
- After confirming the identity of personal data, if there is a request for disclosure, correction, suspension and deletion of retained personal data, we will respond promptly.
- Appoint a person responsible for protecting personal information, manage personal information appropriately. In addition, appropriate training shall be given to our employees (managements, employees, part-time employees, temporary employees) for proper management of personal information and to ensure appropriate handling of personal information in daily operations.
